PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 20, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the Flipbook: 2D Animation Creator app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for iOS devices, created by Muhammad Muneeb (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free application with optional paid subscriptions and advertising. This service is provided "AS IS."
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
The Application is designed to let you create 2D frame-by-frame drawings and animations, play them back, and export them as GIF or MP4 files. The Service Provider does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, address, or email (unless you voluntarily provide it by contacting us).
The Application has no user accounts, registration, or login.
The drawings, animations, projects, and settings you create are stored locally on your device (in the Application's on-device storage) and are not uploaded, copied, or transmitted to the Service Provider. Any images you choose to import from your photo library are processed locally on your device and are not sent to the Service Provider.
The Application displays third-party advertising and offers optional in-app subscriptions. To deliver these features, certain information is processed by third-party service providers as described below. To provide and measure these features, third-party services (such as the advertising and subscription providers) may collect technical information including, but not limited to, your IP address, approximate location (derived from IP address), device type, device identifiers, operating system, and information about how you interact with advertisements and purchases.
ADVERTISING
The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (including app-open, interstitial, and native ad formats). Google AdMob is an advertising service provided by Google LLC that may collect and use technical data (such as device and usage data and advertising identifiers) to serve and measure advertisements. The Service Provider does not control the data practices of Google.
For more information on how Google collects and uses data, please review:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partners
APP TRACKING TRANSPARENCY AND AD PERSONALIZATION
On iOS, the Application uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and will ask for your permission before it (or its advertising partners) tracks you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
- If you grant permission, you may be shown personalized (interest-based) advertisements.
- If you decline, you will still see advertisements, but they will generally be non-personalized.
You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required (for example, in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Application also presents a consent request through Google's User Messaging Platform to obtain your choices for personalized advertising.
IN-APP PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Application offers optional auto-renewing subscription(s) that unlock premium features, including the removal of advertisements, access to premium templates, and exporting your animations without a watermark. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. The Service Provider does not collect, receive, or store your payment card details or billing information.
Subscription entitlements are managed with the help of RevenueCat, Inc., a third-party subscription-management service. To determine and restore your subscription status, RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user identifier together with purchase and receipt data provided by Apple. This information is used solely to deliver and restore your subscription and to provide the Service Provider with aggregate subscription analytics. RevenueCat does not receive your name or Apple ID password. Purchase and subscription management is otherwise handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

PERMISSIONS THE APPLICATION REQUESTS
To function, the Application may request access to the following on your device:
Photo Library Access (Read): Used solely to let you select an image from your device to use as a drawing background inside the Application. This access is handled entirely on your device.
Save to Photos (Add to Photo Library): Used only to save the animations you choose to export (GIF or MP4) to your device's Photos.
Internet Access: Used to deliver advertising and to validate subscriptions. The Service Provider does not send personally identifiable information you provide over the internet, but the advertising and subscription providers may receive data as described in this policy.
Tracking (App Tracking Transparency): Optional. Used only if you allow personalized advertising, as described above.
Access is requested only when needed, and you may grant or revoke any permission at any time through the iOS Settings app.
THIRD-PARTY ACCESS
The Application integrates the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies governing their handling of data:
- Google AdMob (advertising): https://policies.google.com/privacy
- RevenueCat (subscription management): https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
- Apple App Store / In-App Purchases: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Aside from the providers listed above, the Service Provider does not share your information with other third parties. The Service Provider may disclose information only where required to do so by law, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
LOG DATA AND DIAGNOSTICS
The Service Provider does not directly collect log data from the Application. In the event of an error or crash, your device's operating system (iOS) may generate diagnostic information in accordance with Apple's policies, and the advertising and subscription providers may log technical data as part of delivering their services. The Service Provider does not receive personally identifiable data that allows it to identify you from these processes.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Application itself does not use cookies. However, third-party advertising services may use device identifiers or similar technologies to deliver and measure advertisements, as described in their privacy policies.
DATA RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES
The Service Provider does not retain personal data about you. The drawings and projects you create remain on your device until you delete them within the Application or uninstall the Application. Data processed by the advertising and subscription providers is retained according to their respective policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings, and you can stop all access by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your iOS device.
SECURITY
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Because your drawings, projects, and selections remain on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider, your content stays under your control. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards for any information it processes.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the Service Provider does not itself collect personal information that identifies you, most such requests should be directed to the third-party providers listed above (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) or exercised through your device settings (for example, App Tracking Transparency and Limit Ad Tracking). You may also contact the Service Provider using the details below, and the Service Provider will assist where it is able.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Application may contain links to other websites (for example, this privacy policy page, advertisements, or an App Store listing for sharing the app). If you click on a third-party link or advertisement, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by the Service Provider. You are advised to review the privacy policy of these websites, as the Service Provider has no control over and assumes no responsibility for their content or practices.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit any personally identifiable information from children under 13. The advertising features are not intended for children. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided information to the Application, please contact the Service Provider so that the necessary action can be taken.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
YOUR CONSENT
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
